This ground-floor, oceanfront condo is in the Ocean Village Club resort at St. Augustine Beach. Beach walkovers are 50 feet to the left and right of your private patio. The unit has been fully remodeled with a new granite kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, new beds, and new decor throughout.
The private patio faces the beach dunes with new tile flooring, a loveseat, table, and two chairs. Resort amenities include swimming pools, five outdoor hot tubs, four tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, a clubhouse, a BBQ area, catch-and-release fishing ponds, and a sauna.
The full kitchen has everything for home cooking. Smart TVs with cable in every room. High speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer included. Beach gear (chairs, cart, umbrella, towels, toys) provided. Walk the beach to Beachcombers Restaurant.

The unit was spotless, everything worked in it, it was well stocked and we appreciated the extra towels and wash cloths. The location was so convenient to lounge on the beach or walk to a few beachside restaurants. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The unit was as described and the location was very nice. A few anomalies we noted were that the place was not very clean, especially compared to the 8-10 other VBRO's I have stayed at. Pots and pans had reached the end of their economical life. TV in maser was next to inop. Furniture was low end and also at the end of it's useful life. Otherwise, It was Ok

The kitchen was very well appointed.. Other than that I have to say I would not stay there again. The living room furniture is completely broken down and needs to be replaced. The beach chairs (5), 3 were broken or rusted shut. The bath towels were thread bare. The pictures look very nice and light and bright and good sized rooms
But they must have used a flash and wide angle lens. It was pretty
dark with inadequate lighting and light bulbs that were burned out. It doesnt look as nice in person as it does in pictures . It seems that the owners haven’t seen it in awhile because it is in need of some TLC! The master shower was very dirty with black grout and hairs that didnt not belong to me! The cleaning crew wanted me to start a load of wash. However no detergent was provided.
