The deposit will be refunded after checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition and with no additional cleaning or damage charges.
Reservation Changes Within 48 Hours of Checkout:
Reservation alterations requested within 48 hours of checkout, including extensions, may incur an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the original cleaning fee. Cleaning services are scheduled in advance, and short-notice changes may result in charges from the cleaning provider.
Stays of 28 Nights or Longer:
Electricity is not included in the booking rate. Guests are responsible for electricity consumption, which will be charged separately based on actual usage.
