About this apartment rental
In the stunning setting of Villa Buonocore in Mondello—one of the first Art Nouveau villas, built in 1905—you can enjoy a pleasant stay surrounded by nature and small animals (ducks, geese, rabbits, etc.). It’s just 100 meters from Mondello Beach, which you can easily reach on foot or by bike. The apartment also features an outdoor area where you can have lunch and/or dinner, as well as a patio where you can soak up the sun of our warm Sicily.
You must notify us well in advance of your arrival time, as the owner will be welcoming you personally and there is no concierge.
We guarantee access from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; after that time, you’ll need to coordinate with the owner.
Late-night check-in costs 15 euros after 10:00 PM, 20 euros after midnight, and 35 euros after 1:30 AM.
Housekeeping is not included. If requested, it will cost 25 euros per day.
