This property is in a fabulous position with amazing views and private stairway down to Beares Beach.
Watch the whales go by from the outdoor covered seating area with table setting which offers uninterrupted, panoramic views of the ocean, coastline and Beares Beach.

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining: The family area of this home has a large flat screen television, plenty of lounge space, a large wooden 8 seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen. All this area and an amazing outlook over the beautiful Beares Beach and the Pacific Ocean.

Bedroom One: 1 x Queen bed,
Bedroom Two: 1 x Queen bed,
Bedroom Three: 2 x Single bunk beds
The property also has bathroom with an open shower, bath and vanity with a separate toilet.
The second shower and toilet, along with the laundry, is accessible from outside only - great for freshening up after coming back from the beach.
Outside you have a raised deck that takes in the view with an outside table to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.
Sitting on the edge of town with the privacy of a reserve to one side but still so close to all the amenities of town.
All linen provided - Beach Towels are required.
Internet/Wifi – Complimentary WifI is provided for your convenience.
