This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 4 complimentary bikes. 12 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them.
This special beach home, located in the coveted Park District of WaterColor, is situated on a large corner lot and is just a very short walk to the beach, pool and WaterColor's Town Center (200 ft to Wine World and 800ft to Watercolor Beach Club) The wrap-around porch has an outdoor dining table for 10, comfy Adirondack chairs and a game table. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a beautiful open floor plan featuring numerous windows and a vaulted ceiling that provides tons of natural light. The Gourmet Kitchen features a Wolf Stove, generous counter space and a breakfast bar with 3 barstools. A separate Dry Bar includes a Thermador Beverage refrigerator as well as a bar cart. There are two King bedrooms on the main level each with en suite baths that include large Kohler bathtubs. The spacious Master Bedroom Suite is located on the 2nd floor and includes a large walk-in-closet. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a beautiful soaking tub and 2 vanity sinks. We absolutely love this charming home. So comfy convenient location an amazing wraparound front porch we would absolutely rent it again. Bonus is the carriage house over the garage for the teenagers! Very comfy home.
