Escape to our renovated condo with stunning mountain views! Enjoy Laura Lake, restaurants, skiing, snow tubing, swimming, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, Putt-Putt, hiking, or just relaxing all within steps, or minutes from this condo!

This 3br, 2ba is a cozy top floor condo with an extra loft area that is right in the middle of all the action and adventure! Please visit the Bryce Resort website to get information (availability, prices, hours, etc..) about skiing, snowboarding, ski lessons, snow tubing, ice-skating, mountain biking, golf, tennis, and all the other public amenities they offer. And don`t forget to make reservation at the Copper Kettle for a great meal and view of the slopes! Then go dancing at Carter`s Hutte!

The condo is also within walking distance of `The Burn Barrel` (food and music) and the Brewery `Pale Fire Brewing Co.` You can also walk to Laura Lake to either kayak or canoe (through Bryce Resort also), or take an enjoyable hike around the Lake!

For family fun, walk to Smiley`s Ice Cream shop for something sweet and mini golf (closed in Winter), or a day trip to Shenandoah Caverns, Luray Caverns, or J & L Green Farm!

Please park in one of the gravel spaces right outside of the unit. Please do not park in the one handicap spot.

The condo is T-9, and because it is on the top floor, it has a second floor loft area that most condos do not have..

On the first floor, is one bedroom with a queen size bed and entrance to a full bathroom, and the second bedroom has one full size bed. A huge living room with wood burning fireplace (wood is provided), kitchen, dining table and a balcony with a great view of the mountains!

Upstairs is a huge loft area with two twin size beds, a TV, closet and dresser, a 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, a desk and chair, and a large sitting area.

Please remove shoes upon entrance to protect the cream colored carpeting!!

If you need to smoke, please go outside to the parking lot or other nearby areas. Please don`t smoke or vape in the house or on the balcony.

The only pets allowed are dogs at this time, and please be mindful of barking. Pets must be crated or supervised at all times to prevent accidents and/or damage. `Dog towels` (in dog bed) are provided to wipe their (and your) feet when coming in from outdoor snowy/rainy days.

PLEASE USE SHOE MAT FOR SHOES AND ROPE BASKET FOR HAT, SCARVES & GLOVES. ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR SHOES ON LINOLEUM FLOOR AT ENTRANCE.

Cleaning: Please leave all used towels on bathroom floor. No need to strip beds, just leave them unmade. Clean and put away all dishes.

Please take out trash during and at the end of your stay. A large trash bin is within walking distance - make a right out of the unit and walk down the street towards end of the complex.

No grilling is allowed on balcony due to HOA rules.

BEFORE departure, please turn off all lights and put heat setting back on 55 degrees (push once after selection to lock it in). If cooling, A/C temperature on 78 degrees.
