great location, unique stay type = in a wagon. pricing. restrooms in decent shape and were warm

outside light near restroom missing. our wagon (7) screen was ripped. one near king bed had cool air coming from window since the canvas could not close

The community bathrooms are a little rough, but it’s a ranch. It’s a cool location. The wagon was fun.

Bathroom was not good. Only one stall for all of the people, and the single urinal was not working.
