    The location is great, and the food is really good. However, the space in the room is quite small but clean. Pool nalang kulang.

    What I like. New hotel so I was expecting a few humps here and there. OLd filipino themed hotel. Very pretty. Friendly staff. Very very Nice coffee shop. Rooms have character. I always love rooms with aircon and ceiling fan What I don’t like From the main road, I Dark and lonely street going to hotel Very small parking area. Water pressure is low. Water volume is also low. I think water pipes are not designed well because it seems water stops when the other rooms are also using at the same time. Housekeeping Didn’t change / clean my room or at least fix the beddings and the towels. Didn’t also give new water refill. Staff and management obviously still learning. Got 3 rooms. And 1 room had clogged toilet, and changed to another room, but aircon in replacement room is leaking. They are trying and should be there in a few months I think the owner spent a lot of money to build this place and to run this place. Comment. They used a lot of wood in the bathroom. I wonder how long their bathroom would stay nice. Wood inside the bathroom won’t last. Also flushing the toilet is awkward because they have some ledge a few inches above the toilet flush button.

    We will not be coming back here again. We were informed at around 8 PM the night before that there would be no electricity from 8 AM to 4 PM the following day due to a scheduled power interruption in the city. Giving guests only a few hours’ notice was already inconvenient, but what made the situation worse was that the property had no generator. We also were not informed that the power interruption would mean there would be no water supply. We only found out when we had to go downstairs ourselves to tell them that there was no water. We couldn’t take a proper bath or even wash our hands. What was most disappointing was the lack of apology or any meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. We understand that a scheduled power interruption may be beyond the property’s control, but proper communication, preparation, and consideration for guests are things they could have provided. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable, and we would not recommend staying here.
