Staff not responsive . Day 1, a number of things were missing, I was given a number to contact, the new person only reverted next day. I had to go buy a dish scrubber just to wash mugs that hadn’t been washed properly.
I was made to pay AED 1,500 before entering the apartment (for security deposit), a condition I didn’t know when making the booking through booking.com
I was then told it would be refunded two days after checking out, todate it’s not been refunded.
I forgot my cloths there and hoped that someone would be allowed to collect, todate date it’s not been possible
2/3 that I requested for, I was told are not part of the amenities.
