Atendimento da chegada muito bem feito pela recepcionista. Café da manha muito bom, e a estrutura do térreo, são muito boas. Lençol térmico no quarto.
A estrtutura da suíte, achei tudo antigo, algumas teias de aranhas. Como é proximo de via de grande movimento o nosso quarto tinha bastante ruído de automóveis.

Acredito que possam ventilar mais o quarto quando não tenha hóspedes! A impressão q tive foi de ambiente que fica sempre fechado!

O quarto que reservamos diretamente com o gerente do hotel através de contato telefônico, não estava disponível no dia da nossa acomodação (estava ocupado por outra família). Tivemos que ficar em uma acomodação mais simples, o que foi frustante, pois reservamos nesta pousada devido as acomodações visualizadas e combinadas com a pousada, que foi o maior atrativo para se hospedar na Don Ramon.
