Everything! Starting from the perfect communication with the owner and up to the cozy apartment itself! Everything was as described and so clean that you could eat from the floor! The fridge was stocked with fresh water and there were even sanitary products for women available in the bathroom! The flat is not big but it‘s cozy, welcoming and has modern furniture! The layer is perfect if you want to discover London or visit events (10 minutes to Hounslow tube station or Hayes & Harlington tube station) and as already mentioned the communication with the owner was a dream from the beginning to the end. We paid 400£ for 5 nights (6 days) which is absolutely acceptable!

Very cosy and well designed/located. Everything you need and private. Couldnt recommend high enough. The cleanliness is amazing and smells fantastic!

We were only staying for one night but it had everything we needed including various bathroom supplies. It was clean and comfy
There was not a lot I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would say if there was not a lot of room for three people to chill out in the lounge area and watch TV but that was only a very small issue and didn’t ruin the experience
