It was nice and clean the hot tub was amazing

Clean and modern
We didn’t get check in till 4 with 4 children and hot tub wasn’t even filled. After speaking to staff they eventually got it We had a power cut at 10pm and kept ringing staff to be told they was in bed Eventually that was sorted I expressed my disappointment to the staff and was told I could have an extra 2 hours check out time but again should have been a given not after I had complained Many thanks
