I had a great stay at this unit in the Gale Hotel & Residences. The building itself is a really cool place to stay and the location couldn’t be better—close to shopping, restaurants, and just about everything you’d want within walking distance. The unit itself was first class. Everything inside was well maintained and comfortable, and the in-unit amenities were excellent. The AC and heating worked perfectly, which I especially appreciated after coming back cold from swimming and being able to warm up right away. The building amenities are also great—the 24/7 gym was a big plus. I especially want to mention the host, Belen. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the stay. I had two small issues right at the beginning of my reservation, and she took the time to address them immediately and made sure everything was resolved quickly. On top of that, I accidentally left my AirPods Pro (Gen 2) in the unit after checking out. Belen actually reached out to me before I even realized they were missing and is mailing them back to me. That level of care and honesty really stood out. Overall, a great stay and a host who clearly goes above and beyond.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the elevators in the building can be a little slow, and the property does attract a younger crowd that tends to go out late at night. That said, the unit itself is very well insulated and the walls are thick—you don’t hear any noise from inside the apartment.
