It was perfectly located near the town centre and the sea front, it was spacious and light, lovely outside space.

The property is managed by NOVASOL, who were quick at responding to our issues but it was difficult to get in touch with them at times, especially as it could only be done by phone, so issues found out of hours could not be resolved. The property needs a lot of TLC, the switches are broken, the walls could do with a lick of paint, overall the house needs attention to detail, especially the bathroom. One thing I was not clear about was the extra charges as it was not on Booking but on NOVASOL’s site - the bedding seemed to be extra, there was an array of mismatched bedding left behind but not enough pillowcases or towels. You get charged for energy consumption so a few days after check out, you get a bill, which I wasn’t aware before booking, so UK tourist, beware of this. Not a normal thing to do in the UK. I felt like we were then in charge of the last cleaning, which also was annoying as the house was not terribly clean upon checking in.
