Deep Ellum Lux

Perfect location in the heart of Deep Ellum but in a quiet environment Fully furnished and very comfortable flat, close to all amenities, highly-reactive and friendly host, I sincerely had a great time.

I do not see anything that could have made my stay any better.

The bed is big

The location was perfect for the occasion. It was a block from the Bomb Factory, which is where the concert I was attending was held. The view was nice, and everyone (I’m assuming tenants of the building) we encountered was very nice and helpful when we had a question. The property communicated very well and provided the information needed to access the parking garage and apartment.

1. Common spaces inside the building were very warm and had a weird odor. 2. The floor inside the apartment looked clean but it had a residue that got our socks really dirty. 3. The garage door to leave was a bit of a pain to deal with. It was difficult to scan the ticket to be able to pay the $5 fee and leave the property.

TODO!!! Excelentes instalaciones, tiene todo para una estancia corta o larga, fuimos con nuestro hijo de 10 años y aunque no son 2 habitaciones, se acomodó en una cama plegable muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar a gusto, nevera y fabuloso tener lavadora y secadora con jabón a disposición, tiene muy bonita vista con balcón, lugar súper cómodo y todo está nuevo. Es como un mini apartamentito

El parking, ya que no encontramos el parking privado que ofrecían por 5$ el día, solo existía uno de $24 que da justo a la parte trasera del lobby. Estacionamos en la calle que, aunque se sentía algo solo y peligroso no pasó nada.
