The breakfast was very nice
We liked everything. It would’ve just been more nicer if there was an air conditioner in the room would have been more nicer so we could also used it as an heater in the room

The staff were friendly and helpful.
This place promises much but fails to deliver and lacks in adherence to standards. The advert for this place highlights 'room service'. I decided to try this. Not only did my food come late, it also came cold. One infraction is excusable. Late and cold shows disregard for guest welfare. For some reason, a member of staff pointed out that I booked a specific room. I found this puzzling because the advert on booking.com only cites Junior Suite and Luxury suite without any specificity. These type of claims only tend to patronize guests and are unnecessary.
