On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area and one bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room area has a flat screen TV with satellite and a sofa where you can relax with a glass of wine. This whole area has an exit to the pool area and beach that is directly infront of the house. There is also a toilet and laundy facility. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each and ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In the garden you will find private pool with sunloungers and parasol,  BBQ with outdoor seating area and playground with swing and slide. Whole property is covered with WIFI and AC units in every room. There is a free private parking lot suitable for three cars. The beach  is only 5 meters away. Boat mooring is also available (2m draught). Brijesta is a village in the municipality of Ston.
