It is perfectly situated near the beach and also the city center (marine). The centre of Mandre is set in a very tranquill setting away from the heavy traffic and noise and is known as the greenest (most vegetation) part of the island. The apartment has a separate entrance, a garden that is divided into a sunbathing area surrounding the pool and a covered terrace where day and evening gatherings take place. There is a large table on the terrace next to a swinging lounger. The 24 sqm pool area can be used only by guests of this apartment. In the garden you can find fig tree and enjoy the fruits. For the welcome drink, guests are free to have 2 wine bottles from the wine cooler, juices and fruits. Also, guests can use the outdoor barbecue at the entrance of the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not allowed in the interior part of the apartment.
