El desayuno estuvo excelente, muy variado, un ambiente acogedor, moderno y muy ricos sus platos. Perfecto para compartir con familia y amigos sin duda alguna volvería repetir.

que el hotel cuente con Ascensor hubiera sido mejor por que hospedé en un cuarto piso, pero a pesar de eso nos ayudaron con las maletas y la vista estaba preciosa.

The hotel looked really nice and especially we loved the bathroom design. The gentleman in the reception greeting us on the first day was excellent.

I think you cannot say “exceptional breakfast” if it doesn’t even include coffee or water. Coffee is excellent but all drinks are expensive. The breakfast includes one portion of your choice - which is fresh and delicious, but it’s a breakfast in a cafeteria, not what you expect from a hotel breakfast. We stayed for two nights and the cleaners didn’t give us floor towel or new hand towels. We only used one before so we had one clean one left. We noticed that but it was not a big deal since we had two bath towels and two small face towels, so we didn’t say anything. But when we were checking out, we got accused for stealing the missing towels (one on the floor and one hand towel). We had to bring our luggages back from the car and show them at the reception even though we explained that the cleaners didn’t gave us new ones when taking away the dirty ones. Finally after seeing all the bags they said it’s fine. I’ve been staying in many different hotels all around the world, and never before faced anything as disrespectful. During the night some kind of small bugs bit me and I got more of the itchy marks the second night. Reception said that it’s not possible that there would be any bugs in the bed as they always wash the sheets in a high temperature. We didn’t ask any compensation and just wanted to inform them that they should deep clean the whole bed before next quests, not just the sheets. I was not even planning to say this publicly but after seeing how they treated us, I feel like I have to say this.

Todo muy limpio, bastante céntrico si deseas explorar puerto Plata, las atenciones excelentes, definitivamente volvería sin pensarlo😍
