    Lot of issue needs to be resolved. Taps were broken, no room hygiene. Food was ok, but room for betterment. Very unorganised.

    We booked this hotel seeing fabulous images of palette hotel french windows and beautiful interiors too but the moment reached in the property it was there was garbage at the other entrance which before main entrance and everyone was bumping into that corridor it was bad then we went in ask for reception hotel was smelling bad oily dirty smelly we proceed further one guy came we asked abt reception he left speaking gibberish rude we went to receiption there was no one other guests were waiting at the reception they said same guy goes to market to get things so we were waiting no one was there ..other guest was searching staff member because they found rats in there room we thought of leaving and saw 5 new guest arrived bumping on the same spot we left to see other accommodation it was difficult because other places nearby werent good finally we found something which was ok but overpriced due to no booking pls read this review before booking
