Location and full kitchen/living area
Temperature control was a little difficult as ACs kept shutting off. There were items in the washing machine. TV did not come on and off easily with remotes so we had to unplug it.

Host was very attentive and check-in/check-out were easy and contactless. Location is fantastic—close to Times Square, transportation, and lots of cute places to eat just steps away. Area felt safe. Two bedrooms was a plus. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.
The sofa bed was not comfortable, but that’s typical. This isn’t a negative, but just remember this is a NYC property so even a 2 bedroom is small compared to most cities in the US.
