All of the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent, it's within walking distance of everything you need, yet far enough away from the busiest areas to avoid the noise and traffic the area is known for. The roof top is an added bonus, however the pool isn't the cleanest. The view is lovely The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and provides a pleasant place to stay short term. The beds are also comfy. my experience ok and convenient that I decided to extend my stay.

They are missing basic amenities such as hand towels and hand soap. Hand soap in the bathroom is a minimal expectation and an absolute necessity, especially for a hotel of this rating, not to mention a not so small matter of hygiene ! The in-room Wi-Fi is terrible, believe the ratting. It's intermittent and extremely unreliable. In 2026, this is a major drawback. While the hotel staff do their best to help, the network infrastructure is simply not adequate. The longer you stay, the more you begin to notice the shortcomings of this accommodation. The sliding balcony doors do not close properly, allowing bugs and dust to enter the room easily. The bathroom drain also does not work correctly, causing the wet room to flood regularly after showering & spills into the main room. The rooms are dusty, and the housekeeping standards are inadequate. There should not be visible dust or dirt on the floors after the room has been "cleaned". I also booked a massage during my stay, and it was the worst massage I have ever had. The therapist seemed to be making it up as she went along. There was no consistent technique, symmetry, or appropriate pressure, making the entire treatment feel unprofessional and ultimately pointless. I hihgly recommend you go else where for your massage
