Die Lage ist perfekt

Um den Schlüssel zu bekommen braucht man viel Nerven und Geduld. In die Eingangstüre kommt man nicht rein, ohne alle Nachbarn zu stören. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht! Der Fernseher ohne Internet auch nicht!!! Die Birne für die Lampe fehlt

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es ist sehr ruhig, obwohl es sich direkt im Ausgehviertel befindet. Die Sauberkeit ist bemerkenswert.

Leider ist die Ausstattung teilweise nicht ganz fertig. Zum Beispiel wurden Haken im Bad nicht richtig befestigt. Der Wasserdruck ist nicht ausreichend und der Spiegel im Bad ist kaputt. Auch die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist sehr eng.

The apartment is absolutely amazing. It is located just one minute walking distance from the Promenade des Anglais, on a lively street full of cafés, bars, and restaurants. For me, as a solo traveler, this was very important — I felt safe and comfortable at all times, both during the day and in the evening. There are shops and cafés nearby, and the Place Masséna is only about a 7-minute walk away. The apartment is very clean and bright, and it feels like it has been recently renovated. Everything is done with great care and attention to detail. The kitchen is perfectly equipped — there is absolutely everything you might need, including wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and all the necessary cookware. Tea, coffee, sugar, spices, and cleaning supplies are also provided. Overall, everything about the apartment was perfect. I would definitely recommend it.

As for minor downsides, which were not significant for me: Since the apartment is located on a lively street, it can be a bit noisy in the evening. This might be an issue for people with very sensitive sleep, but it was not a problem for me. Also, more as a small suggestion for the host: the bathroom has a very low shower threshold, so some water may occasionally leak out of the shower area. However, these were very minor points and did not affect my overall experience at all.
