Instructions for finding carpark and room were vague. It wasn't obvious that the room number was a different number to the carpark/mailbox number

The staff over the phone were excellent, very friendly and attentive. Newish apartment so overall facilities are still decent. We were given 2 car spaces for our 3 bedroom apartment stay. Location is close to Sunshine Plaza and nice cafes.

Although the apartment is relatively new, many of the floor tiles had noticeable dirty marks that could not be cleaned, and much of the furniture appeared worn and of fairly low quality. We also experienced issues with the Wi-Fi. It took several rounds of communication before the building manager was able to reset it so that the network finally appeared on our devices. One of the bedrooms faces west and has no blinds on the window, making the room extremely hot during the afternoon. The apartment only has two air conditioners, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. So the other two bedrooms became quite warm at night when the doors were closed, even during winter. In addition, the washing machine in Room 1215 requires maintenance. The rubber seal appears to be worn or incorrectly fitted, causing it to fold backwards easily during use. As a result, water leaks onto the floor unless the seal is manually readjusted before every wash. It would be advisable to replace the rubber seal to prevent further leakage. The apartment has two bathrooms, but only one set of soap and shampoo was provided, which was insufficient for the number of bathrooms and inconvenient for guests.

The location was great for us as close to my partners work for Monday morning. It was also close to the main centre of Maroochydore.
