アパートとして利用勝手が期待通りで良かった。しかし、以下の諸点を改善すればもっと良い評価を受けるだろう。
１．非常口ドアに「外から開かないから注意」を明示すること！ ２．IHかガスコンロがないので調理ができない！電子レンジを出窓に置けばスペースはとれる。 ３．風呂場に手桶がない！食器で平らな中皿が欲しい、プラスティック食器が悪質、グラスはガラス製、カップは瀬戸物が必要、Tea バッグとコーヒーバッグをセットしておくとよい。 ４．部屋に時計が欲しい、部屋に背もたれのある椅子がほしい。。風呂のバスタブに手すりがほしい、これは入浴してみると多くの人が感じるだろうタブの構造による。 ５．パジャマか浴衣があるとさらによい。 ６．ごみの整理、廃棄方法についてのIndicationがほしかった。
