This apartment in my lovely Almaty city exceeded all my expectations, it`s spacious and very cozy, the location is excellent for tourists. Super and cozy place in my life, next time i definetely come back again For families and couples it`s perfect choice

Appartement located in a quiet area, no noise, furnished nicely which please your eyes

It was quite dirty, especially the bathroom, hairs everywhere, around sink dirt marks which was a bit disgusting. After complaining, only the part of the issues pointed was solved. The shower switch is broken and fixed in an unsustainable way. Kept falling. The kitchen is nice only if you bring an already cooked meal, yet you can not cook as the pans are in a bad shape and have no lids, no cutting board and etc. The bed is not so comfortable. Process to enter could be improved. No answers from the dedicated contacts, but later message from different number. Request to prepare cash in last minute. Address change when arrived,...
