It was clean and staff friendly.
Due to football we had people still in the pub till 2am

The parking was easy and the location was ideal for me. My judgement is cruel because the temperatures were record breaking high and England's World Cup match was playing on TV later than I wanted! So, a poor night's sleep was inevitable. At least I enjoyed a decent shower in the morning!
Breakfast was included in the price and really great BUT it was not available until after 9am. I appreciate that staff will have had to work late the previous evening but I do think an 8am start during week days is more reasonable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast was cooked well with good ingredients.
Certainly was not what I would call a "luxury double room"! Generally the room was clean, however, the shower especially required replacing and there were cobwebs in between the secondary glazing.
