The place is really like time warp to the early 1900.
It’s very well maintained. Don’t let the entrance to the building fool you. My wife absolutely loved it.
It is right in town. We were visiting family so we didn’t get around town much.
At 72 years old the steps were a bit while carrying our luggage up. Might be a problem for people of age.

Excellent location downtown Erwin near restaurant, coffee show, theater, and local craft beer venue.
Historic building. Bed very comfortable- Coffee was supplied. Nice decor.
Air conditioner exceptionally loud in kitchen. Lighting a bit dim. Lamps only in bedroom and living room-
And one of the two lamps in bedroom did not work.
Otherwise was really nice- exceptional value.
