Close to the beach front.
No lift. Had to carry my very heavy bag up 2 steep sets of stairs.

Lovely big clean bed and lots of towels. Tv, wifi and close to seafront. Probably one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in here in UK
Couldn't work shower out (maybe my problem!). Being asked to have breakfast at certain time due to incoming guests. Not really a biggie for me, but might be for others

Lovely building classic older style hotel which I love . The bedroom was on the ground floor which was great for us being a little older and travelling from overseas with a heavy case was great.
Not didn’t like but a suggestion maybe some net curtains in the window so don’t have to pull main curtains for privacy

Excellent and friendly staff
Clean room.
Convenient parking.
Despite assurances that we had a King room the bed was NOT king size - the headboard was but the bed wasn't.
Breakfast was average - only cereal was Rice Krispies and fruit very limited.
