The Windsor House Hotel

We were upgraded and given a King room. It was very spacious with a coffee table and two chairs, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There was a desk with tea/coffee making facilities and a kettle. The small fridge was in the wardrobe and they provided glasses for wine. The bed was a king size and was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with an electric shower in the bath. They also provided soaps and shampoos. The staff were excellent, and the included breakfast was amazing It also had a sea view and was close to the town, just a fifteen minute walk.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very helpful pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and a spacious size with great accessories for the visit.. Almost home from home Very relaxing weekend peaceful and quiet

Nothing from the hotel side but from other visitors their inability to park in the parking slots available..Some covering two spaces totally selfish given the limited parking

The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked and brought out to you. Coffee machine could be better! The room we were given after feeling disappointed with out first one was just incredible and we are very grateful for that. The staff were polite and helpful at all times. Wi fi also excellent.

We are always so surprised that after travelling 4 hours or so, you cannot buy a cup of coffee at your hotel. We have found this to be the case at most hotels, not just this one. We didn't like that there was no bar despite this being advertised. Our first room was not very inspiring and smelt damp, but the staff put this right as soon as we mentioned it.
