1. Warm hospitality: The hotel service crew, including the hotel manager, front desk staff, and housekeeping aunty, were all very attentive and friendly. 2. Caring towards guests: I had a minor health issue and was unable to purchase medicine online as I was a foreign traveler. One of the front desk staff members was kind enough to help buy it for me, and I truly appreciated her help. The hotel manager even checked on my condition the next day and reminded me to take extra precautions to prevent my allergic rhinitis from flaring up again. 3. Attentive and responsive: They always responded to our requests promptly. I believe they did their best to fix the TV connection in our rooms, but unfortunately, the issue still could not be resolved. 4. Cleanliness: The housekeeping team cleaned our rooms every day and always ensured that we had enough bottled water and personal care supplies. 5. 1. Room size: The rooms were quite small. It was difficult to open two suitcases at the same time, and there was barely enough space to walk around. As a result, we had to book an extra room the next day. 2. Auto-flush toilet: We appreciated the auto-flush feature, but it was overly sensitive. The toilet lid would lift even with the slightest movement nearby. In addition, it did not come with a bidet function. 3. Poor TV connection: We hardly watched any TV programs due to the poor signal and unstable connection. Even replacing the remote control did not help. 4. Limited breakfast menu: We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, but the food selection was rather limited, with almost the same dishes every day — dumplings, buns, stewed vegetables, porridge, and so on. That said, I do miss the mini Swiss roll cakes and the yogurt. -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. 房间空间偏小： 房间真的比较小，两个人同时打开两个行李箱会非常困难，几乎没有多余空间走动。因此，我们第二天不得不额外再订一间房。 2. 自动冲水马桶： 我们确实欣赏自动冲水功能，但感应实在太敏感了，只要稍微靠近，马桶盖就会自动掀开。另外，它也没有配备冲洗功能（bidet）。 3. 电视连接不佳： 由于电视讯号和连接很差，我们几乎没有办法观看任何节目。即使更换遥控器，也没有改善。 4. 早餐选择有限： 虽然酒店提供免费早餐值得称赞，但每天的菜色几乎都差不多，例如饺子、包子、炖蔬菜、粥等，选择比较有限。话虽如此，我还是有点怀念那个小瑞士卷蛋糕和酸奶。

Clean and close to the biggest mall in Hangzhou. They offered free breakfast and gave us little gift after we checked out. You can order wonton or noodle for breakfast as an odd on dish. Attached the mini gift for your reference.

The toilet space is quite narrow.
