I stayed in this apartment for a month and I can honestly say that I highly recommend it. The place was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect. It is in a quiet area, not in the middle of the busy streets, but also not far away from everything you need. It gives you the best of both worlds: peace and convenience. The location was one of my favorite things. You have supermarkets, a gas station, markets, and many other things nearby. Flamengo is only about a 15-minute scooter ride away. Copacabana is around 30 minutes and Ipanema about 20 minutes by scooter. Getting around was also very easy. Whenever I booked a scooter, someone would often be downstairs within five minutes to deliver it. Delivery services also work perfectly and can bring things directly to the apartment. The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures. It is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, there is a sofa that can also be turned into a sofa bed, and the air conditioning works extremely well and gets very cold. There are also fans available if you prefer not to use the AC. The apartment has a small fridge with a small freezer, a convenient foldable clothes rack attached to the wall, and laundry options. You can wash your clothes yourself or use the laundry area downstairs by registering through a QR code. Since I was traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe here. The self check-in was actually perfect for me because I arrived after a long flight at night and didn’t have to wait or arrange anything. I could simply enter with the code and settle in right away. Ana is an amazing host. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. She is available almost all day and even responds at times when you wouldn’t expect it. She helped me with many things and made my stay even better. The apartment also has two TVs where you can watch Netflix and other services.

One small thing I found a little difficult was the communication, mainly because I don’t speak Portuguese. Sometimes it was a bit challenging when I couldn’t find something or needed help with something specific. For example, figuring out how to use the washing machine and where exactly to find the laundry area took some time. The information is provided through WhatsApp, but I personally would have appreciated a short tour or explanation the next day after arriving, showing where everything is and how things work in the apartment. I think this would make the experience even easier, especially for international guests who don’t speak Portuguese. That being said, I was able to figure everything out in the end, and it did not affect my overall positive experience with the stay.
