i thoght it was a great house great location, nice and quiet mostly, good garage. easy access in the car, plenty of room. easy to get to the city, Plenty of restaurants, supermarket nearby. great view. good spot.
The window on the ensuite bathroom wouldn't stay up, that meant the bathroom steamed up when having a shower. also the window frame was split in a few places at the top. I kept it locked. it had a screen at the bottom so should have been able to help ventilate the bathroom if it would have stayed up when opened. window needs repair. The beds are doubles, I get that make more room, would have been nice if they were queen beds.

Location is good, we can drive to CBD within 10 minutes. Even we can walk to Rundle Mall in 20 minutes. Facilities are fully equipped. WiFi and heaters are also provided.
We experienced WiFi internet connection unstable or disconnected during midnight. Heater in the study room is not working.
