    I stayed in Room 209, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to several issues: 1. The wash basin in the bathroom was broken. 2. The toilet flush was not working. 3. The bathroom lights were not functioning. 4. There were numerous cockroaches throughout the room. 5. A staff member opened my room door at night without knocking or seeking permission, which was very concerning. 6. The bathroom window was broken. 7. The room had a strong musty smell, like an old, poorly maintained house. 8. Overall, the room was dirty and not properly maintained. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

    TERRIBLE EXPERINCE AT SUPER TOWN KORAMANGLA

    I was very disappointed with my stay at the Townhouse Hotel in Koramangala, Bangalore. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Upon arrival, I found cigarette ash and other waste left behind, which gave a poor first impression and raised concerns about hygiene. In addition, there were several maintenance issues throughout the room: * The bathroom door would not close properly. * The main entrance door appeared to have been damaged. * The air conditioner was leaking water. * The shower was not functioning. * The toilet flush handle was broken and was lying on the bathroom floor. Overall, the room was in poor condition and did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance expected from a hotel. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
