The apartment exceeded our expectations. Francisco very kindly allowed us to check in early, and he showed us how everything worked. He was very professional, and reached out during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.
The only negative was that there wasn't a washing machine, even though it was included in the description. When I asked Francisco about it, he was apologetic and sought to either update the description or purchase a washing machine for future guests. He mentioned that there was a laundromat nearby, which was helpful.

The location near the Vatican and metro station was very convenient. The host was so helpful, communicative, and kind. Beds were very comfortable. The patio was a wonderful little retreat. Windows were very soundproof. The apartment was clean and had a lot of neat character. Shower pressure and warmth was perfect.
It was a 2nd floor walk-up - but we knew that before we rented, so that was fine. Very secure location!
