3 Room Apartment with Poolview in Cascadas Resort

Christian the owner met us on arrival and showed us around the resort, it was a very smooth experience, he is an excellent host. If you arrive by car I recommend booking a parking place in the resort, as finding a place on the streets nearby is impossible. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, kitchenette with living room and sofa and a small terrace with direct access to one of the many pools in the resort. Good Wifi and smart TV for streaming. Big fridge, washing machine, cooking equipment, all suitable for a longer stay. We had a very nice experience, over the last 12 years coming to Sunny Beach I risk to say this was the best accommodation. If you are not familiar with Sunny Beach bear in mind that this place is a bit far from the sea, the commercial beach, (20 minutes walk), but for us that was not important. The resort has a bakery, grocery shop, pharmacy, good restaurant, many pools, playgrounds...etc so you can enjoy your time without leaving the premisses.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location. Stayed as a family of 4. It is located right next to the pool with easy access to everything. Apartment is clean and modern and the host is exceptional. Very friendly and quick to respond. We arrived at night and he met us at reception and led us straight to the apartment. The grounds are beautiful, we were all stunned. It is also less than a 10 min walk to the aquapark. Beach was a 20 min walk, with kids (both under 7) Will definitely be back. This resort has everything you need for a great holiday.

The apartment is in a Cascade ( mini city) at the Blg 21. It is a safe location 24/7 controlled by security staff (CCTV, Patrol etc). All area is cleaned and professionally maintained. There are several shops and restaurants so close. The apartment is at the best location, next to one of the pool. The owner is quite attentive, kind and helpful.
