I booked and paid for a Superior Double Room, but instead I was given a small standard double room. That was the first disappointment and felt very misleading. Secondly, they charged 200 PKR for a bottle of water, even though it normally costs around 99 PKR. This felt like another unfair practice. The bed was terrible. The mattress had very poor quality springs and was extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like sitting on a horse rather than lying on a bed. Even worse, if one person simply turned over or changed sides, the entire bed would shake as if there were an earthquake. It was impossible to sleep comfortably. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Save your money, save your time, and most importantly, save your peace of mind.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. First, the check-in process was unnecessarily delayed. Despite having a confirmed booking and sending a message through Agoda that I would be arriving within an hour, the hotel failed to check their Agoda messages, which resulted in a delayed check-in. Second, I was not given the room that I had booked. Instead, I was assigned a different room that was noticeably smaller and did not match the description or photos of the booked room. Third, several of the amenities and facilities advertised were either unavailable or incomplete, which was disappointing. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working throughout my stay. The most frustrating part was the repeated disturbance. Hotel staff knocked on my door 3–4 times for maintenance work that should have been completed before assigning the room to a guest. These interruptions disturbed my sleep and significantly affected my comfort. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations set by the booking, and I hope the hotel improves its service, room allocation, and guest experience.
