The apartment was clean, adequately equipped, easy to access, and in a perfect location. We were in Passau for two nights after returning from a bike trip along the Danube. The apartment was the perfect choice for the two of us.
There could have been a bit more cooking pans, and the room fan usually provided was not there. (I reached out by the Global Whatsapp, and they responded quickly. In the end we didn't need it, so it was no problem.)

Großes, super modernes, hochwertiges Apartment, welches sehr sauber übergeben wurde. Tolle zentrale Lage zur Altstadt.
Obwohl noch Innenausstattungsmaßnehmen im Gebäude stattfanden, waren keine Geräusche oder Schmutz vernehmbar.
Sehr netter u. kundenorientierter Kontakt über App mit Global Living.
Eine große leere Terrasse befand sich nur auf Stockwerk 2 und man musste sich zum Rauchen dort hinbegeben.
Da das Haus sich noch in der Ausstattungsphase befindet, wird diese sicherlich noch mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Aschenbecher ausgestattet.

Posizione centralissima, l' appartamento è nuovo e funzionante e silenzioso. L' AI efficiente ma risponde anche lo staff se ce n'è bisogno. Check in e checkout online molto efficiente e chiaro. Riparo per le bici. Passau è deliziosa. Ci torneremo
Il cantiere aperto non permette la pulizia dell' ingresso e dell'ascensore. Il riparo delle bici non chiude a chiave ma il tutto è abbastanza sicuro. Non si sentono gli operai lavorare.
