Čistý a krásný nový hotel v samotném centru Brna, vše je k dispozici pěšky do několika minut. Vyjma krásného a nového zařízení hotelu musím vyzdvihnout i kvalitu personálu, který byl velice profesionální a žádný z našich (i nestandardních) požadavků nebyl problém, velice hezky se chovali k dětem. Snídaně byla perfektní, velký výběr, vše bylo v průběhu snídaňového času neustále doplňováno a na své si přijdou milouvníci zdravých, slaných i sladkých snídaní (např. možnost naplnění croissantu samoobslužně).
Pokud bych měl zmínit nějaká negativa, snad jen dvě drobnosti v podobě nefunkčních výdejníků na led na patře (zkoušel jsem v 5. i 6. patře), oba i po několikanásobném zopakování procedury na odzaseknutí stále led nevydávaly. Dále bych vytknul velice úzký vjezd do garáží. S jakýmkoli větším moderním autem (2.2 metrů šířka) se především výjíždí velice komplikovaně, aby nedošlo k odření kol.

No había nevera para dejar agua, por ejemplo. El aire acondicionado se encendía solo y no se podia apagar. Nula información en las habitaciones sobre horarios de los servicios.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! Was super comfortable, closeby to the train and bus network, and super close to a big shopping centre to buy anything I needed.
The buffet breakfast and restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel was also amazing and affordable.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with aircon working well during the heat, and tv with Netflix.
Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
I would have loved room service, which is not an offered service.
