The location was in a quiet zone, not very close to the main attractions, but we either waked or took a bus. The apartment was clean, the host is very friendly and it was really easy to find the apartment and collect the keys.
The entrance to the apartment is very narrow (40-50 cm wide stairs), so you'd better take the elevator. We stayed at 1st floor, so not a big issue. The shower is also very small and it doesn't drain properly - also it leaks a bit. There is not coffee machine/filter. The curtains are bit broken and yeah, decent but nothing fancy, more on the cheap side. At 120 EUR/night I cannot call it a great deal, but it was ok. Also the washing basin in the bathroom is very tiny.
