Very clean and spacious

At the beginning, the service team was fairly helpful, although there were many questions about how many guests and visitors would be coming. There was a noticeable pressure to obtain this information, which did not feel particularly comfortable. Unfortunately, the positive impression ended once we reported a serious issue with the balcony door/window. The apartment is on the 9th floor, and on a windy day we were left overnight with a visible gap running almost the full height of the balcony door. The draught and noise coming through were excessive. The draught in underground metro tunnels is honestly much smaller. This did not appear to be a one-off issue caused only by the weather. There were visible signs of wear, dirt, scratches and marks around the door mechanism, suggesting that the problem had existed for a longer period of time. The door also did not move or close smoothly. The response from the service team was disappointing. Instead of arranging a proper inspection or repair, they suggested that it was simply windy weather and that the best thing to do was to close the door fully. They also said they would send a video showing how to operate the door. This did not address the actual problem, as the issue appeared to be with the condition, alignment, sealing or mechanism of the door itself, not with how we were using it. This significantly affected our stay. In this situation, especially on a high floor during windy weather, I would have expected a prompt maintenance visit or at least a practical temporary solution. Unfortunately, the matter was not handled properly
