Pool view Magnolia Pointe Condo Near Beach

Overall the property itself seemed to be pretty nice for the most part. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but overall very comfortable and welcoming. Very quiet. Beds were super comfy. The space was large and the patio right outside of the pool was wonderful. Had a good amount of dishes, etc. About a 5 minute drive to the beach. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, etc.

I didn't like how deceitful they were before staying. First of all, the pictures show you an indoor pool and hot tub, which is literally the reason I chose this place! Turns out, the indoor pool options are not available to us because we booked through a 3rd party! Although the pictures are advertised as being able to use. I even chatted with someone at the property to confirm that there was indeed an indoor pool BEFORE our trip because I noticed how indoor pool wasn't listed in the description, so I wanted to be super sure....and was lied to! That did kind of put a damper on our trip because I was counting on having these things. Also was never told about an additional non-refundable $49 fee that is charged before you stay in addition to room & tax! Not listed anywhere! Also there was no TV in the children's room, the room with the 2 beds. The washing machine was unplugged upon arrival and when plugged in, it was already in a cycle and had a crazy sound-- so I didn't bother using it because we were only there for 2 nights. They did offer to send maintenance, but for 2 nights, it didn't make sense. Maybe send maintenance BEFORE the guest gets there (seeing how it was already unplugged, so clearly it was known about).
