Cosy Granny flat in Epping

We stayed here on 6 and 7 October 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, situated in a peaceful area, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The facilities exceeded our expectations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and we truly appreciated the comfort and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Lovely host, Mr Oat and Ms Ben, were extremely very polite, helpful, accommodating and genuinely loved to chat with. The furnishings were very nice and cozy with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry as described. Both bedrooms with ensuite and reverse cycle air-cond. Very clean, tidy with comfortable beds and duvets. The host is super nice, responsive and thoughtful and left some bottles of water in the fridge along with snacks, cup noodles, coffee and teas which was such a kind gesture. The host even gave us some rice, oranges for us and biscuits for my son. They were also very kind and hospitable offering us a ride to the city center and again from Eastwood Station which was much appreciated. It was really a pleasant stay and we felt very comfortable there. The location of the train and metro station are 10-15 minutes away depending on your pace.

It would be hard and challenging for older people and with mobility issues to walk up the hill with steep paths to the property. Location for the train station is a bit far for the inconvenient people.
