The beds were great, the kids loved the pool and the games, and the adults loved that it was close to the parkway and not on a mountain. It worked perfectly for our group of 12 grandmothers with their granddaughters.
One morning some of the group wouldn't sit outside because you could occasionally get a whiff of the nearby landfill. It was not an ongoing problem, but depending on the wind, you could get whiffs.
