The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, the balcony was lovely, and having a dedicated workspace was a nice bonus. The location is convenient for the Ku'damm area, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation nearby.
Communication and guest support need improvement. Access instructions were incomplete, and we were locked out of the building late at night because essential entry information had not been provided. It was also difficult to reach the host when assistance was needed. Some basic amenities expected for a 9-night stay were missing, including hand soap, spare toilet paper, and paper towels, which we had to purchase ourselves. In addition, much of the kitchenware was not properly clean upon arrival.
