The Sea Chord: Welcome to The Sea Chord, a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom beachside condo along the stunning 30A coastline, offering everything you need for a relaxing escape. Natural light fills the inviting living room, where cozy seating is perfect for movie nights or afternoon naps. The fully equipped kitchen makes beachside breakfasts a breeze, featuring barstool seating for casual dining and everything you need to whip up home-cooked meals. Step onto the private balcony to unwind with refreshing ocean breezes and beautiful Gulf and lake views—there’s even a guitar on the wall for strumming along to the sound of the waves. The loft bedroom offers two queen beds for restful nights, while a full bathroom provides space to refresh. A Murphy bed in the living area easily folds down to provide additional sleeping space. The home is complete with in-home laundry, easy parking, and thoughtful extras like card and board games, beach toys, children’s toys, and beach chairs to ensure a seamless stay. Salt Haus: Fully renovated in 2022, Salt Haus is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that blends thoughtfully curated details, luxury amenities, and a welcoming coastal-chic aesthetic for an effortless beach escape. Step inside to the fully equipped kitchen and bar area, opening into a bright living space with an inviting sofa and Frame TV. Soft whites, light wood, breezy curtains, and organic textures create a calming atmosphere. The living area opens onto a large balcony with beachfront views and ample seating, where you can listen to the waves and breathe in the fresh salt air. Start your morning with a Nespresso in the hanging rattan chair and spend sun-soaked days using the provided beach equipment. The space invites you to enjoy sunset picnics with wine, cook fresh meals with premium cookware, mix cocktails at the bar, or play board games on the couch. When you're ready to unwind, the loft-style bedroom features two queen beds for a restful night, while the full bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a Dyson hair dryer to pamper yourself. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips. 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all! Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - The bedroom is located in the loft and therefore isn't private. - Salt Haus: This home does not offer a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there is a laundry facility on site, which takes card. - Please note the elevator at this property is managed by the HOA, not AvantStay. - The communal pool is not heated. Parking Details: - There are two parking spaces available for your use. Each booking will receive 2 parking passes, and these must be displayed at all times. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
