Obiekt położony jest w lokalizacji stanowiącej dobrą bazę do zwiedzania Łodzi, gospodarze bardzo mili. Pokój ładnie urządzony, piękne meble pasują do tego miejsca, czysto. Dużym atutem jest parking dostępny na posesji, co zapewnia wygodę i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Miłym dodatkiem jest również dostępna w pokoju herbata, kawa i coś słodkiego oraz przybory toaletowe w łazience. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny pobytu.
Pobyt był udany, jednak jest kilka kwestii, które warto byłoby poprawić.
