Location excellent, views lovely (if you ignore the car park immediately opposite apartment) Kitchen white goods great. Washing machine and tumble dryer appreciated. Bed linen and towels good quality (more towels would have been useful). Bathrooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Bedrooms spacious.

Car parking space totally inadequate, my car required tricky manoeuvre to access space, unable to exit vehicle from drivers side, had to climb over into passenger seat to exit vehicle, the car parking space allocated to this apartment is not fit for purpose at all. An elderly person would not have been able to clamber over into passenger seat to exit vehicle. Hard wood flooring in kitchen and lounge area was dirty and sticky. Glasses and mugs and cereal bowl dirty. Sofa had an unpleasant smell (old vomit?). Had to clean shower rose in order to promote water flow. Windows dirty, especially balcony glass panels (not simply from weather). WiFi code and password should be included in info pack (not everyone would realise to look at router for this info. Suggest fans are included for use in summer. Suggest a small ‘welcome’ pack with milk, tbags, coffee (given the cost of apartment, this is not an unreasonable consideration)

Very nice property with great views.

Car parking space is too small and was not able to park the car, toilet flush is poor and does not work, plug in bath does not work. When you call the agent to inform of the issues nothing happens and no one comes back to you.

Excellent views, very well appointed and a wonderful location

The only slight irritation was the very narrow parking place. However I did manage to park with directions from my partner! 🤪
