The facilities
In our bathroom, the toilet was leaking, so it smelled like piss. We asked the staff to clean it (and they did), but we didn't know that the toilet was leaking, so later it reoccurred, then I found out that the toilet needs to be fixed; otherwise it will smell like piss again. Also there was no space under the bed or anywhere else to unpack my backpack; the locker is not enough.
