A LOCALIZAÇÃO É MUITO BOA, A AREA DE LAZER TAMBÉM É MUITO BOA, FICA NO CENTRO DE PIPA, PRÓXIMO A BARES, PRAIS, SUPERMERCADO...
COMO EU GOSTO DE FAZER MINHA ALIMENTAÇÃO NA COZINHA FALTA ALGUNS ITENS NECESSÁRIOS, NÃO TEM GARRAFA TÉRMICA PARA COLOCAR CAFE, NÃO TEM CHALEIRA ELÉTRICA , HOJE É UM ITEM INDISPENSÁVEL NUMA COZINHA, NÃO TEM HA FRAY, NÃO TEM PANELA DE PRESSÃO, TALHER QUASE NÃO TEM O RESTO TUDO BEM, A SANDUICHEIRA ESTA QUEBRADA, NÃO FUNCIONA.

O flat é espaçoso e confortável, tem bastante itens de cozinha e o condomínio tem área de lazer completa. Acessível ao centro de pipa a pé.
Tivemos um problema no check in. Chegamos a acomodação por volta das 13h30, mas o hóspede do dia anterior ainda se encontrava no local, tivemos que esperar a boa vontade do hóspede sair e ainda a faxina do apartamento, só conseguimos fazer o check in por volta das 17h e perdemos a tarde em Pipa, foi uma situação bem desagradável. Além disso, o ar condicionado do quarto maior não funciona.
