The location is very good. Adjacent to Pioneer Park and walking distance to downtown. The air conditioning kept the place very comfortable. We had a brief problem with the A/C and it was remedied very quickly. The parking was also convenient. The shower had excellent water pressure. The kitchen had almost everything you need to be self sufficient with full size appliances. There are large TV’s in both rooms. Everything worked as expected.
The space is gloomy. There is very little natural light as there are no windows. There are two nice sized balconies, with sliding patio doors, but they provide no view and little light as the adjacent building is only about 10’ away and much taller, blocking both the view and light. The furniture appears to be sourced from rummage sales. The bed was lumpy and the fitted sheets didn’t fit. The suitcase stand was in the closet broken in half. The nightstands have no lights.
